Why should you engage me as a coach?
Coaching can create positive change and transformation and help you work on your authenticity, self-awareness, resilience, life satisfaction and work performance, your relationships, your leadership, problem solving, decision making and more. My clients have seen positive changes in their professional and personal lives. I have worked with leaders at different levels in organizations, clients that were in transition to become leaders and also experts that wanted to improve their well-being, resilience and effectively deal with challenges on their way.
What to expect from an individual coaching process?
The coaching process usually consists of 7-10 individual coaching sessions, starting with an introduction session, where we get to know each other, set the ground for our collaboration and define the overall objectives. Individual coaching sessions are usually 60 min long, in person or via Zoom or MS Teams. We close the process with a closing session, with progress evaluation and reflection.
